These Terms govern use of Shivshahi Live Studio. By using the service, users agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, channels, Pages and media they are authorized to manage.

1. Service

Live Studio may provide video compression, account connection, camera/recorded-video live broadcasting, platform status and operational live analytics. Features may change as the service is improved.

2. Platform accounts

Users remain responsible for their Google/YouTube and Meta/Facebook accounts and for complying with each platform's terms, policies and live-streaming rules. Authorization granted to Live Studio is used to perform user-requested functions.

3. User content

Users must have the rights and permissions required to upload, process or broadcast video, audio, images, music, trademarks and other content. Users must not use Live Studio to infringe rights, violate law, impersonate others, distribute malware, or publish prohibited content.

4. Availability and processing

Live streaming and video processing depend on network conditions, third-party platform availability, device performance and server capacity. We may pause, reject or terminate a processing/live operation to protect service reliability or security.

5. Account security

Users must protect their devices and connected accounts. If unauthorized access is suspected, disconnect the affected account and revoke relevant third-party authorization.

6. Changes and termination

Features or access may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. These Terms may be updated when the service changes.
