Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Shivshahi Live Studio ("Live Studio", "we", "our") accesses, uses, stores and shares information when users use video compression, social-account connection, live broadcasting and live-session analytics features available through Shivshahi.
1. Information we process
Google / YouTube data
When a user chooses to connect YouTube, the application uses Google OAuth authorization. Depending on the authorization granted and the action requested by the user, Live Studio may process:
- the authorized YouTube channel identifier and channel title;
- OAuth access and refresh credentials required to maintain the authorized connection;
- YouTube live broadcast and stream identifiers, titles, status and health information;
- information necessary to create, bind, start, monitor and complete YouTube live broadcasts initiated by the user.
Live Studio requests the YouTube authorization needed for its live-streaming functionality and does not require users to provide their Google password to Shivshahi. Google authorization is handled through Google's authorization service in a secure browser flow.
Facebook / Meta data
If a user chooses to connect Facebook, Live Studio may process the connected account name/identifier, Page list, selected Page information, granted permissions, OAuth/Page access credentials and live-publishing status required for the user-requested Facebook Page live workflow.
Media and processing data
Videos selected for compression or recorded-video live workflows may be temporarily uploaded to Shivshahi infrastructure for processing or streaming. Processing metadata can include filename, file size, media dimensions, duration, job status and output size.
Live-session analytics
For operational reporting, Live Studio may record session metadata such as workspace/user label, platform, destination/channel or Page name, live title, start and end time, duration, status, and technical quality/health metrics generated during the live session.
Technical and security information
Our hosting and security systems may process request timestamps, device/browser information, network information such as IP address, HTTP status/error information and security/audit events for service operation, abuse prevention, troubleshooting and security.
2. How we use information
- to perform video compression requested by the user;
- to connect and maintain authorized YouTube/Facebook account sessions;
- to create and manage live broadcasts explicitly initiated by the user;
- to display live status, progress, quality and operational analytics;
- to secure the service, diagnose failures and prevent misuse;
- to maintain service reliability and support users.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising or unrelated profiling.
3. Google API Services User Data
Shivshahi Live Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only for the user-facing functionality described in this policy, including the YouTube connection and live-streaming actions requested by the user.
4. Storage and security
OAuth credentials are stored server-side with access restrictions and encryption at rest when the Live Studio token store is configured. Credentials are not intentionally exposed in public pages or client-side status responses. We use technical and organizational controls intended to limit access to authorized service processes and administrators.
Uploaded/processed media is treated as temporary processing data and is subject to server cleanup policies. Live analytics metadata may be retained for operational review until deleted under applicable administrative retention/cleanup controls.
5. Sharing and disclosures
Information may be transmitted to Google/YouTube or Meta/Facebook when necessary to perform the action requested by the user. Information may also be processed by infrastructure providers that host or operate Shivshahi systems. We may disclose information where required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
6. User choices, disconnection and deletion
- Users can disconnect a connected YouTube or Facebook account from Live Studio.
- Google authorization can also be revoked through the user's Google Account security/permissions controls.
- Temporary compressor data can be cleared using available in-product controls where provided.
- Authorized administrators may remove Live Analytics history using the available month-end data-delete controls.
For a privacy or deletion request that cannot be completed through in-product controls, use the support/contact information published on the Shivshahi website or the support email shown on the Google OAuth consent screen.
7. Data retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, service continuity, security, legal obligations and operational records. Different categories of data may have different retention periods. Temporary media is designed for short-lived processing; account authorization remains until disconnected, revoked, expired or otherwise removed; operational analytics remains until the applicable retention or deletion action is applied.
8. Children
Shivshahi Live Studio is a business/operational tool and is not directed to children. Users must have authority to connect the social accounts and Pages/channels they use with the service.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when application functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. The public policy should be reviewed whenever new Google data uses or platform permissions are added.
